Missing purchase
I already purchased the music, but it says I need to purchase again?
- Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to purchase the music.
- Click on the “Restore Purchases” button in the app.
- Purchase the music again and you will get a notification saying you already purchased the music (You will not be charged again).
Exporting a PowerPoint (Presentation)
- To export a PowerPoint (pptx) create a presentation on the profile screen and click on the “Share” button in the top right corner.
- Select “Export (pptx)” from the dropdown menu.
The PPTX file in PowerPoint says it is corrupted or needs repair
- This is a known issue with the PowerPoint export. You can try to repair the file by clicking on the “Repair” button in the dialog that appears when you open the file.
- If that does not work, you can try to export the presentation again.
- This should still open and function correctly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Exporting a SpreadSheet
- To export a SpreadSheet (xlsx) create a presentation/playlist on the profile screen and click on the “Share” button in the top right corner.
- Select “Export (xlsx)” from the dropdown menu.
Exporting a PDF (Playlist)
- To export a PDF (pdf) create a playlist on the profile screen and click on the “Share” button in the top right corner.
- Select “Export (pdf)” from the dropdown menu.
Not seeing export PowerPoint / PDF in beta features
- In order to enable and view these options you will need to purchase the Revised, Supplement, and eChoice licenses.
- You need to have the pro plan to export the PowerPoint files.
- You need to own the individual hymns to export the PDF files.
